Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting March 7th, 2025. Change of location
Due to an incident at the Hotel les Bergues Four Seasons beyond our control, we are obliged to transfer the ESM to the Hotel La Réserve, Rte de Lausanne 301, 1293 Bellevue (Geneva). Due to the short notice, the start of the meeting will be moved to from 10h to 11h in order to allow any participant to arrive timely at the new location.
